Life events are numerous but the worst is to be told your degree and life’s objective is inapplicable.Despite having been told that my Primary Medical Education at the American University of the Caribbean had met all UK-GMC criterion and ten years later to be told that ‘NEW CRITERIA’ set by same GMC no longer accepts my primary medical qualification based upon my having stayed long during clinical rotation at the Essex County General Hospital in 1990. This heartlessness cannot remove spring in my step.This work is way I overcame the imposition and dominoes caused me and patients by stigma engraved into my professional rights.These bad laws and obstacles almost thwarted my efforts to providing needed rural medical service. This torturous course did not deter me because of will and conviction that my fight provides a future for generations to come. Life’s challenges started day I refused the village mold and claimed right ton Western Education. I write to raise funds for building of Njawara village hospital.
