Difficulty is the orchestra of life. No human ever lived without having gone through moments he wished never happened even if it were his or her worse enemy. My passion to bring modern medical aid to Gambian villagers catapulted me to the UK in 2000 to bring NGO: Manding Medical Centre at Njawara to attention of the international community in our fund raising drive to build the Centre’s hospital. I had planned to also do a postgraduate course in medicine before returning to serve the villagers. Well, man proposes and God disposes as exemplified by my unbelievable experience in the sojourn for Gambian villagers. This work chronicles my experience since 1998 through 20014. It is tale of people coming together to bring dream Manding Medical Centre into reality for rural Gambia. It reveals my determination to provide medical service to villagers because it is the right for my people. My life is a simple mission to heed to call for much needed medical service to rural Gambia. Healthcare delivery never existed for Gambian farmers and reason why the prevalence of bygone diseases. I write to raise funds for building Njawara hospital/
