This work is about self-sacrifice that rewarded Gambian village communities. Its outcome of decision by General medical Council and visa challenges. It hell that skewed my plans to bring medical aid to rural Gambia. It brought stagnation and destitution to me and family Gambia. Ny life’s challenges started from time I refused the village mold and claimed right to earn Western Education. It ballooned after Gambia's 1981 ‘coup’ attempt. Hurricane Hugo, 1989, almost drowned me at Montserrat West Indies. The GMC recanting its recognition of my primary medical qualification based on frivolous clinical rotation time spent at the Essex County General hospital 1990 irrespective of having accepted it after a thorough investigation ten years earlier. Good people felt that I was not treatment fairly came to my defense helped keep my dream alive. Grandpa Pa Bajoja Ceesay said, “All dreams come true if we work hard on them”. I write to raise funds for building Njawara village hospital.< Less
