This book is my aspirations for Gambia being righteous and just country drawn from social and historic background. I will explain using ancient African democracy compared to current African political party system and opportunism. It will enchanting, historical and spiritual journey exposing what Gambia could be, but falls far short of the target due of external fingering and politically decisions. The work starts from the 12th century to current day Gambia. It will show vivid African ideas of working democracy that outsiders feared it might exposed bad colonial governance; which aspires to revere human rights and democracy. Their great hero and emperor, Julius Caesar, prides himself with the saying, “I came. I saw and conquered.” Colonization started right at the heels of such a fellow who prides himself conquering and stealing hard-earned wealth from innocent farmers, children, women and civilian of lands plundered on his destructive path.
