A dream is perceived as unrealistic venture when embodied by soul and heart. My sight was set to bring medical relief to rural Gambia which got strengthened day I met a sick family walking to seek medical aid from Kerewan Health Centre. The man’s wife was sick while the man held his cold clamy with eyes reverted backward five year old son hoping to get help from a dispensary of empty shelves and no doctor. The boy died at the gate and his pregnant lady died after four hours of effort to transport her to the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) at Banjul. I made irrevocable covenant with God seeking guidance extolling him to make me part of the solution to healthcare delivery in Gambia. I became a Nurse and served at the Royal Victoria Hospital until time I left to start my premed classes at Alpena Community College in USA. The path lead to challenges of painful experiences. I remain committed to correction to provision of medical aid to villagers. I write to raise funds for building of Njawara village hospital.<
