Life is not all plain sailing but has moments full of hope. Hope is life giving rejuvenate of effort and survival. Hope makes the future plausible and stiffens the sinew to strive for success. revealed is life buffered by sheer determination to rebuff failure to bring great future therein for many than fruits of hopelessness. The GMC’s sudden about turn aggravated by the Gambia Dental and Medical Council’s foot dragging regarding submission of relevant needed documents almost derailed my medical practice. This subjected me to become joblessness and living life of a destitute sleeping in parks and streets of Manchester, UK. This work reveals how I met my goal by plying through skeptics, mockery, political and continuous delayed immigration decisions, and by sheer iron will and determination for my people. The work is about being a positive contributing member of society no matter where you may find yourself. It tries to shed reason why we need ignite the spirit and embers of giving not only to illuminate an others’ life but to remove dark and despondent moments from those needy hearts. In doing so, we let love, hope and light triumph over darkness and hence allow peace to transcend earth. I write to raise funds for building of Njawara village hospital.
