One of the greatest joys and hallmarks of success is that singular melodious sound announcing arrival of a life baby and confirmation of our continuity and infinite genealogy. Presented in this work is repeated observations made by elderly village birth assistants, who should be rightly regarded and recognized as experienced and seasoned midwives and obstetricians for having successfully delivered hundreds if not thousands of babies during their practice. Their performance buffered by knowledge, competence, and consistency has always been geared to saving lives of both mother and baby. These village delivery assistants are passionate and here are revelations and the observations made in one thousandth of such deliveries.i write to raise funds for building of Njawara village hospital.
