At the supposed icy summit of Jahali Konko perched the White dove which comes down to visit on Friday afternoons. Some claim the mysterious white dove to be a soul, spirit some assumed a ghost watching over and guiding earth in its travels in space; call it a chauffer. This work is about stories pertaining to the White dove that visits schools and mosques on Fridays. Locals give offerings to this dove in hope of appeasing devils and ill-health.
